Myofascial Release and Deep Stretch for Abs, Psoas, Quads and Hips

This is a longer flow which starts out with some myofascial release along the front body targeting the hips, psoas, quads, and then moves into some Yin-flow style yoga to take advantage of the myofascial prep work we did in the beginning. A really great practice for anyone looking for more mobility, strength and flexibility in the deep abdominals, hip flexors and quads.

In this video we incorporate myofascial release techniques and a simple yoga flow to open our superficial and deep front lines. Good for all levels.
